We will address issues and challenges confronted by Asian American professionals and offer insights and skills for greater career and personal success. Our workshop planners and faculties represent some of the top leaders in business.
We have achieved tremendous success in the past three years, with participants from middle to senior management levels across various industries and organizations. Each session is carefully designed to provide an intimate learning environment for participants – to explore concepts and acquire skills necessary for career and personal success. The outcome includes individual visions and action plans. Moreover, each session begins with presentations by various experts followed by interactive small group sessions as well as offline small group homework assignments. This great opportunity is limited to a small number (10 – 15) of male participants who will be selected through an application process based on the selection criteria.

If you haven’t already done so, many of us have thought of launching one’s own business so as to become that successful entrepreneur of our dreams. Of course, most of us realize the many daunting obstacles that must be overcome to reach that pinnacle of success, but in addition to those concerns faced by all who try, there are certain challenges particular to Asian Americans. Did you know that —
*Being Asian American can be an advantage for success in some industries and professions, while posing as a hurdle to overcome in others?
*Cultural aspects of being Asian American can affect how you should go about that entrepreneurship? *Many useful resources are available for the entrepreneur, including those earmarked for Asian Americans? If any of the above are of interest, this upcoming panel discussion is for you!
